In an unhinged press conference (is there any other type), Trump thinks: * We should buy Greenland, or take it by force * Canada should be the 51st state, and we should use the economy to force them. * We should use force against Panama to control the Panama Canal. * Rename the Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America.
